Really good starters. Excellent pizza by the shovel with typical products. Very pleasant drinks with a good choice of wines and beer, including artisanal ones. Desserts to try like everything else. Congratulations, pleasant surprise.
At 9pm without a reservation, a place was found immediately and the staff were friendly. It must be said that the pizzas are almost gourmet pizzas, there is no margherita at 3 euros to be clear... Excellent, approved, I highly recommend.
Claudia and Fabio are perfect hosts, hospitality and kindness make L'Officina dei Gusto the ideal place to spend a pleasant evening in company. The excellent quality of the products and raw materials used for cooking give the pizzas 🍕 and the gourmet burgers 🍔 a unique and original flavour. At the end of dinner, a dessert and a coffee and you will leave the table fully satisfied.
I believe that Galciana is the best. Pizzas inspired by Apulian locations and the pizzas are dedicated to them. Low ingredients, good ingredients, everything delicious! Light but full and crunchy dough, tasty sauce, like I ate it in Puglia, burrata, buffalo mozzarella, wow! Must-have cheesecake, an amazing mousse! Kind, attentive, in short, go straight away and come back!
Suffering from food allergies and intolerances, it becomes very difficult for me to find a place, not created for this purpose, that can offer me an entire dinner. I never leave reviews, but in this case it becomes an immense pleasure for me to do so. Amazing service, incredible attention and SUPER dishes for those like me who have had to change their diet. For the first time in a very long time I finally ate dessert... it didn't seem real. I asked twice if it was really lactose and gluten free. Thank you so much and I highly recommend it!
First time for dinner with friends and dog... Very kind owners, the service was a little slow but the place was completely busy. We order and these pizzas arrive, beautiful to look at, well stuffed and above all delicious: the 30 hour leavened dough can be felt, in fact they are very light and tasty. They melt in your mouth and you think of Puglia. Keep in mind, the price is right and the food really excellent!

Really nice place, clean, the girls were nice and friendly. We ate pizza and hamburgers; you can feel the use of excellent quality ingredients.
